Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was a bit hot initially and had 2 queen beds and space for 2 bikes, but I encountered issues with the bath tub drain as it took a long time to drain after a shower. The noise levels were a bit bothersome during the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, but the temperature was unbearably high, and I noticed some cobwebs. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit curt at times. The location was great for exploring downtown and attending events, but some issues with cleanliness were noted. The dining options were satisfactory, with good food but a bit overpriced. The facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to major sightseeing spots and with a good selection of dining options nearby. Although the rooms were in poor condition with various issues like falling furniture and large holes in the walls, the presence of a quite A/C was a nice touch. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with ticket printing needs. The dining experience offered good food, but it was not free which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
The hotel is conveniently located right in downtown Buffalo, close to the Amtrak Exchange Street Station and the Key Bank Center. The rooms may need an update, but overall, it offers a pleasant stay with friendly service. The dining options could use some improvement, but the location makes up for it.
